Townsend Public Safety and Patriot Regional Communications Center Working with Vendors in Response to Cyberattack

Chief James Sartell and Chief of Department Gary Shepherd report that Townsend Police and Townsend Fire and EMS are working with the Patriot Regional Emergency Communications Center, state and municipal partners and professional information technology vendors to investigate and mitigate to a cyberattack that has impacted some Townsend public safety systems.
